Actually this movie not only a great treat for fans, but it is also a somewhat longer version of the music videos. But have you ever seen music videos being released in cinemas? This special musical movie is actually the first and longest one to be released only within the country.

The storyline is actually very simple. The director,Zhou Ge Tai uses his own unique ways to tell stories, as he has always done in music videos which he is more accustomed to be directing. The familiar music video scenarios, the structure of the story and the way of filming this special musical movie makes it evident that he has applied his own special ways to set this movie alive.

The story mostly revolves around 3 important people, living up to the name of their album, which is also called The Three of Us. It also features 3 brand new songs to accompany the whole story, making it even more enjoyable.

In the story,these three different people have bumped into one another frequently through various coincidences. The relationship between them finally becomes more than coincidences when the leading female character moves into the same building as the other two after a sad breakup, leading to more chances of interaction between them. The two leading man somehow have about the same kind of sincerity and concern towards her, which also deepens slowly as time goes by.

Other than the two main male roles, Guang Liang and Pin Guan, this musical movie also features Rene Liu as the leading female character. With two musical talents with no acting experience at all and one very experienced and talented actress on the set, what kind of sparkle can we expect to be ignited between the three of them?

This movie that runs for almost an whole hour (about 55 minutes), tells a story of individuals whose paths have crossed into each others lives. This musical movie not only features lively, funny and heartwarming scenes, but it also has some heart touching scenes that can cause a tear or two to roll.

In this movie, Michael's experience in acting is not much,only limiting to those times when he starred in his own music videos. But that kind of youthful feeling that he brings actually fits just nicely into the character featured in the movie.
So, Michael is actually very natural when acting in this movie. Sometimes, it really feels like watching him acting as himself, especially during those expressions in his eyes when he played the piano in the movie. His every move in this movie can be counted as very 'Michael'.
